Killbuck Village

The meeting was called to order by Board President Don Hughes, Also present were Board Members Kevin Kauffman, Brian Rippeth, Mayor Denny Hahn, Wastewater Superintendent Mike Judson, Pam Ewing of RCAP and Gary Daugherty of Engineering & Associates.

Minutes for February 27th, 2012 were approved with a motion from Brian Rippeth; second by Kevin Kauffman. All others approved.

Timesheets were approved with a motion from Brian Rippeth; second by Kevin Kauffman. All others approved.

Citizen’s Comments / Visitors

Gary Daugherty of Engineering and Associates went over the changes and things still needed for the plans for the new water plant design. They included the fire hose connection, replaced well pumps, signatures that are still needed, the new EPA sewer permit, County Highway permit, contract documents from Debbie Nichols, Building permit, PSI soil borings, and the EPA notice of intent. All of these things should be done by April and a legal ad will need to run a week apart for two weeks.

A motion to alter the bid for installation of outside meter pits was given by Brian Rippeth; second by Don Hughes. All others approved.

Adjournment

A motion was made by Kevin Kauffman and seconded by Brian Rippeth for adjournment with all others approving. The next BPA meeting will be April 2nd, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Hall.
