A Resolution Authorizing the Transferring of $10,500 to the General Fund From the Park Savings Account Fund to Cover Purchase of Park Playground Equipment Declaring an Emergency
The Council of the Village of Killbuck has been advised by the Village Clerk/Treasurer and County Auditor that it is necessary to transfer $10,500.00 from the Park Savings Account to the income line of the General Fund - Park Equipment A1E183 and the increase the General Fund expense line item Park Equipment A13B253 to meet the requirements and expenses for the purchase of playground equipment and that it can be paid in the same amount of 10,500.
The Council of the Village of Killbuck has been advised by the Village Clerk/Treasurer and County Auditor that it is necessary to increase income and expense by 10,500 from the Park Savings Account Fund to the General Fund to cover the purchase of a Classic Triple Deck system from Kauffman Lawn Furniture.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Killbuck, County of Holmes, State of Ohio, that an increase of the General Fund from the Park Savings Account Fund for $10,500.00 to cover purchase as of 6/2/14.
This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Village of Killbuck and so that auditor’s requirements and expenses can be paid.
