A Resolution Authorizing the Granting of a $70,000 Loan to Galford Foods for the Purchase of the Building that the Galford Foods are Located and Declaring an Emergency

The Council of the Village of Killbuck has approved the loan of $70,000 from the CIC fund to Galford Foods for the purchase of the building that they current are located in meet the requirements and expenses for the purchase of the building at 180 Front Street.

The Council of the Village of Killbuck has been advised by the Village Clerk/Treasurer and County Auditor that it is necessary to increase the expense line D37X270 by $70,000 in the CIC Fund to cover the purchase of the Building at 180 Front Street.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Killbuck, County of Holmes, State of Ohio, that an increase of the CIC Fund account line of Capital Projects Loans to People D37X270 for $70,000.00 to cover purchase as of 6/2/14.

This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Village of Killbuck and so that auditor’s requirements and expenses can be paid.
