An Resolution of Transferring Funds into the Sewer Fund to Meet Obligations for 2012.

WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of Killbuck, Ohio has determined that the Sewer Plant Construction Fund will need additional funds to meet Sewer Plant Construction Fund loan obligations in 2012 that exceed the excepted revenues and

WHEREAS the Council has determined that a need exists to keep the fund in the black; now therefore

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Killbuck, State of Ohio:

That the sum of Thirty Four Thousand dollars and zero cents ($34,000.00) be transferred to the Sewer Plant Construction Fund, line item E2I192 Transfer In from the General fund to cover loan expenses in 2012. 

This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that the action herein incorporates payment for loans required to ensure continued services to Village residents; therefore, this Ordinance shall take immediate effect upon its passage.
