A Resolution to Accept Design Plans for the Water Treatment Plant for the Village of Killbuck Water Treatment Plant Project

WHEREAS, the Village of Killbuck operates a water system throughout the Village of Killbuck, Holmes County, Ohio and;

WHEREAS, the Village Council, Village of Killbuck has authorized preparation of construction plans for a new water treatment plant,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Holmes County, Ohio, Village Council

That the Village of Killbuck accepts the design plans for the construction of a new water treatment plant.
