Discussion: Sign on State Route 60 is raised. Will raise the one at the sewer plant as well. Ted Thorpe raised his concerns of summer help riding in the back of the truck. Steve will correct this issue moving forward. All the road material is delivered.

Park Report:
Representative’s Name: Rick Allison
Discussion: Toilet at the park is repaired again after vandalism. Fall league has started on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Soccer is going to start after Labor Day. There has been some issues with the cameras at the park. Council gave permission to Rick to have someone come look at and to have them also give a price for a camera at the village office.

Requested that we could contract with Miller, Mast and Mason concerning Tressel Alley. Lisa Kauffman made the motion to contract with Miller, Mast & Mason, Rick Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FISCAL OFFIER TO ACCEPT ANY ELIGIBLE FUNDING FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE “AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND” FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEPARATELY ACCOUNTING FOR FEDERAL FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

Topic: Website. Still working with Rob Moser.
Topic: Sign at the park recognizing various donations. Linda is still working with Artistic Signs
New Business:
Topic: Council presented the concerns with the presences of the Sheriff’s Office in the village. After some discussion Linda will reach out to Tim Stryker to set up a meeting and request the year to date reports and reports from 2019 & 2020 of the activities completed by the deputies in the village.
Topic: Tires are accumulating at Jeremy Lamp and Garver’s. Linda will contact them.
Topic: Zoning Inspector. Ted Thorpe made a motion to appoint Steve Patterson as the zoning inspector, Cindy Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Topic: Vacant building at 208 Main Street. Ted Thorpe made a motion to proceed with the vacant building registration, Lisa Kauffman seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
