Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson
Discussion: Contacted by Dan Yoder at 165 E Spring Street for approval for construction. Mr. Yoder dropped off the plans for said units. Reviewed and the lots are approved for construction. Linda will follow up with Buck concerning building permit applications. Reviewed plans and per code the units are to be 1200 sq ft and current plans are for 640 sq ft. Linda will contact Mr. Yoder to let him know that the said units do not meet code and give him his options.
Gary Wagers made a motion to approve 2 units as long as they met the zoning ordinance, Cindy Miller seconded.

Sewer / Water Report:
Discussion: Received a letter from the EPA concerning the site survey conducted on January 21, 2022 with recommendations for corrections to a backflow prevention program, hydraulic model and fire flow. Mike will work on correcting said issues.
Mike also stated that Mr. Dan Yoder will need to have additional taps installed if he proceeds with said construction.

Discussion: Gary and his wife Mary would like to donate a tree at the park in memory of their son Scott. Council gave their blessing and continued condolences to the family.
