RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:10 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Abbie Allison.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of January, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Water Superintendent Report
There was a large leak at the Leonard Moore’s property at 303 E Grover Street. Water is currently off.
Called concerning a new computer at the water plant from John Wolfmann. Still have not heard back from them.
Linda informed the board that Tony LeMaster got assistance from Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland for his outstanding utility bill in the amount of $1500.00. This would still leave him a balance. She inquired if they would take off the sewer charge from the time the leak happened in January of 2023. After some discussion Abbie Allison made a motion to adjust the account by $401.25, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:28 PM, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried.
The next meeting is March 27, 2024 @ 6:00 PM.
