RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:02 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, and Abbie Allison. Absent Troy Majzer.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of January, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
Water Superintendent Report
The roof at the water plant is repaired.
Mike will be on vacation next week.
Had a service line leak at Annette Lanham property, she is getting it fixed.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:19 PM, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried.
