Discussion: Called in five street lights that are out.
The street chip and seal project payments will not start until July, the fiscal officer suggested we make a payment now. After some discussion Ted Thorpe made a motion to pay $7,295.44, Lisa Kauffman seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

Topic: Council meeting for February 21
Discussion: Ted Thorpe made a motion to cancel the February 21 meeting due to vacation, Dick Patterson seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

Discussion: Ted Thorpe made a motion to hold the 2024 meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, except the months of June, July, August and September they will only be held on the 3rd Wednesdays, Lisa Kauffman seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
