Street Report:
Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson
Discussion: Will check on getting the dumpsters April 18 to April 21. Reported various street lights out. Picked up three bags of asphalt patch. Ted thanked Steve for getting the various debris picked up on Main street and for checking and clearing the storm drains. Steve had a conversation with the Village of Loudonville concerning using their street sweeper.
Park Report:
Representative’s Name: Rick Allison
The hydrant at the park needs to be replaced, Mike will work on this in the next week. Haven’t heard back from Micah Martin concerning trimming the bushes at the park. Will contact Kauffman Lawn Furniture concerning the playground equipment. Checking in getting the boy scouts that are working on their badge for some clean-up at the park over spring break. Will be ordering pop. The Methodist Church is getting a new sign and will donate the old one to the park. Still working on the Shreiner sign. The mower lease is up, Steve will look into the options. The mayor will contact Davison 4 Seasons concerning pricing for lawn treatment at the park. Received the pricing sheet from Grasshopper. Will need to get some additional sand for the ballfields this year.

The portal is up and running and getting a lot of positive feedback. Brooke has signed up for her training and we purchased a computer for her to do the online training.

Prior Business:
Discussion: Talisha Hudley 185 E Jackson Street and Josiah Brewer 295 N Water Street. Debris on property. Josiah Brewer came into the office to pick up a grant application. Linda will reach back out to him concerning getting some help from various groups to help him clean up the property.
New Business:
Topic: Rebecca Starner from the Holmes County Health Department contacted us concerning a grant for adult exercise equipment. We will need to figure out where we want to put it, put in a concrete pad and maintain it.
Topic: LED lights in the alleys. The Mayor will contact AEP and find out who our new representative is and schedule a meeting. Also need to check on the poles we have permission to hang banners from.
Topic: CIC got the grant for the banners for the art work to be displayed throughout the town. Erica is working on getting the necessary paperwork filed. The grant money has to be spent by June 30th, 2024.
Topic: Meeting on April 4th. Linda will be on vacation. Ted made a motion to cancel the meeting, Tyler McCombs seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
