RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Killbuck Village Council and BPA met in special session on October 30, 2024 commencing at 6:39 PM with Mayor Allison presiding.
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call:
Tyler McCombs, Lisa Kauffman, Cindy Miller, Ted Thorpe, Keith Mohler, Erica Ash present. Also present, BPA Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Abbie Allison.
In Attendance:
Steve Patterson, Street Commissioner
Mike Judson, Water Superintendent
Guests:
Robert Miller of Tekton Engineering and Dennis Blankemeyer of Crow Works came to ask the Council and BPA to approve a water sewer tap. Water and sewer taps are $1000.00 each and it is their responsibility to install taps. The water line size is yet to be determined. Hoping to start construction in December.
After some discussion Cindy Miller made a motion to approve the taps, Lisa Kauffman seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

Dennis stated that he understands if the cost for this service is more due to being outside of the corporation limits.

Motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Ted Thorpe at 7:22 PM and seconded by Tyler McCombs, with all others approving, motion carried.
