RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:36PM with members present, Abbie Allison, Troy Majzer, Darryl Miller and Linda Campbell. Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of July Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
Water Superintendent Report
The clarifiries at the sewer plant need replaced/work on. After some discussion Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the expenditure spending up to 6,000.00 Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
The water line at Rickie Fortune 105 S School Street needs a new tap. The line will be run from the cemetary down the hill. After some discussion, Abbie Allison made a motion to have Dick’s Plumbing install the new line in the amount of 1800.00, and the village will split the cost with him, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
Need to patch 3 different spots in the streets from the recent water line breaks that we’ve had. Abbie Allison made a motion to proceed with repairs, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
Abbie Allison made a motion to adjourn at 6:54PM, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
