RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:17PM with members present, Abbie Allison, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Linda Campbell.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the minutes from November, Darryl Miller, seconded, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of November Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
Clerk discussed rate increases on regular rates and for services provided outside of the village limits. Also, discussed possibly annexation of properties.
The clerk discussed that our dials on our meters are incorrectly stated in the system. This is discovered when we have a rollover meter. The software company wants to do a mass change, but the clerk does not want to at this present time due to the rate increase and her upcoming vacation just in case there are issues.
Water Superintendent Report
There was a water line break at Tony Galford’s in Buckeye Alley. Called Rural Water to come help locate it.
Abbie Allison made a motion to adjourn at 6:38PM, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
