RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:14PM with members present, Abbie Allison, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Linda Campbell.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the minutes from October, Darryl Miller, seconded, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of October Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
Water Superintendent Report
There is an issue at the water tower with it communicating with the water plant. In contact with BCU electric from Ashland concerning coming and looking at it.
The next meeting is February 25, 2026 at 6:00PM.
