The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:07 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Abbie Allison
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison and Linda Campbell
Abbie Allison took her oath of office
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried Abbie Allison abstained
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of March, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried
Council approved the purchase of three programs to use for ACH, debit and online bill pay for the water/sewer billing. After some discussion Darryl Miller made a motion to approve, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried
Still working on income survey
Water Superintendent Report
The flow meter is on order. Gave the Mayor staffing requirements for the water and sewer plants
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:25 PM, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
