Discussion: Continue to work with CUSI on the portals.  Spoke to Matt at Coblentz Technologies and he gave me some advice moving forward. First, he feels that the price of $1,000.00 for the micro-server depending on the monthly fees is a good price. Aaron quoted a yearly fee of $3,648.00 which is for a cloud based environment that would be maintained and updated by them.  Option 2 still purchase the micro-server and set up a static IP address thru Spectrum depending on how many blocks we need would increase our bill $19.99 up to $29.99 a month and the router we currently have doesn’t support this so additional cost of $99.00 with Spectrum and we can run it thru port-forwarding instead of the cloud base.  The only additional cost Matt thought we might run into is needing a firewall device ($300.00)  This stuff is way over my head so I hope I’m getting good advice.  After some discussion Ted Thorpe made a motion to move forward with the cloud base micro-server with the annual maintenance fee of $3,684.00, Tyler McCombs seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
