Street Report:

Discussion: The installation of the signs is almost completed. Getting some patch for potholes and working on spraying weeds. Would like to get the street sweeper scheduled. Will work on getting paint and doing the crosswalks and curbs.

Park Report:

Representative’s Name: Rick Allison

Discussion: Fall league started last week. The Paul Laney memorial tournament went very well. Rick Day sign is in and dedication is set for Labor Day. The Rhino tournament is this weekend. The plaque for the flag pole is in, and will work on getting it installed. Abby Allison will work on painting the dugouts for her hours for her grant through the Holmes County Education Foundation. Steve and Clay will work on painting the bleachers and sheds. The two trees out front are going to be taken down.

Discussion: Mike is going to rent a camera for the issues up on the hill. Someone hit a hydrant behind the firehouse, it was reset.

Discussion: Wanted to know if we had an agreement if we had a flash flood and needed to evacuate residents. It is unknown if we have an agreement but there is several residents that have access to the school.
