RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:04 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Abbie Allison and Troy Majzer.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of July, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Linda informed them that we have issues with the water/sewer bills getting delivered through the postal service and did not assess late fees.
Water Superintendent Report
Sperry-Rice well is fixed.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:22 PM, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
The next meeting is September 25, 2024 @ 6:00 PM.
