RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Killbuck Village Board of Public Affairs met in regular session on February 24, 2021 at 6:15 pm in the Village Hall 138 S Main Street Killbuck, OH 44637 with members Troy Majzer, Darryl Miller and Colton Dawson present. Mike Judson and Linda Campbell were also present.
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Colton Dawson seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve accounts payable, time sheets, customer balances, adjustments and payroll, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Water Superintendent Report – Mike Judson
Mike reported that he ordered new UV lights for the sewer plant and they will be installed in the near future.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:42 pm Colton Dawson seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
