RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Killbuck Village Board of Public Affairs met in regular session on March 31, 2021 at 6:11 pm in the Village Hall 138 S Main Street Killbuck, OH 44637 with members Troy Majzer, Darryl Miller and Colton Dawson present. Mike Judson and Linda Campbell were also present.
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Darryl made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments, Colton seconded, with all others approving.
Water Superintendent Report – Mike Judson
Generator delivered this week, working with Holmesville Electric concerning needed electric hook up. Generac will come to connect everything. Will get concrete pad poured in the next couple weeks.
After some discussion concerning the jet vac truck purchase, BPA is in full support of purchase. Darryl Miller made a motion to have council, mayor and fiscal officer to proceed, Colton Dawson seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Discussed the extra funding from the restart America monies.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:44 pm, Colton Dawson seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
