Discussion: Gary inquired if there was enough room for two units. Linda attempted to contact Mr. Yoder concerning the zoning but was unsuccessful, council said to wait until he contacted us again concerning the issue.

Discussion: Ted inquired if the truck would have a better option as far as a v-plow vs a straight plow. Guys will inquire to different options for the truck.

Discussion: Linda spoke with Heartland Title Agency and they will be closing in the near future and the loan balance of 16,570.88 will be paid in full.
Topic: Pumping of basements

Discussion: Mrs. Miller contacted Lisa because the fire department is no longer pumping water out of basements, council and the mayor stated it was only their policy when there was major flooding. Gary will go talk to Scott to find out what their policy is.
Topic: School Meeting

Discussion: After attending the meeting they are working on a strategic plan, mission statement and core values. They also have a survey out concerning campus styles etc. Next meeting is March 24th.
