Street Report:

Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson

Discussion: New trash cans are in and installed.  Once the weather breaks, we will work on grading the alleys. Reminder to residents to bag yard debris for pick up. 

North Railroad and Elm Street discussion took place concerning options for making the street wider.  Chuck Morris is coming to look at some work at the park, will ask him his opinion concerning widing and or fixing. Steve and Clay are taking the mosquito spraying test June 8th.  The machine needs to be calibrated in May, Steve has the dates and information.

Park Report:

Representative’s Name: Rick Allison

Discussion:  Little league  practice starting as well as softball. Little league will handle putting the fence toppers on.   Grasshopper fertilized on Monday.  Soccer will be starting soon.  Toilet is fixed.  Park board met April 4th.  Gave permission to Steve to look for concrete pads for the bleachers. Discussed the lilac bushes at the park they are called Miss Kim will check around as to where we can order them at.  Discussed the signs again for Dave & Donna Shreiner and family.

Sewer / Water Report:

Discussion: New jet vac truck was delivered on 3/31.  Need to look into ordering decals. They were original in the quote.

Solicitor Report:

Discussion: Attend the OML conference on 3/26 and updated council on key points of the training via email. Updates concerning Ohio Basic Code and Title 17 with Tim Stryker; he will attend the April 20th meeting. Linda will deliver their copy. Tim Mellor was sentenced to 12 months for the breaking and entering and 36 months for the arson, he was ordered to pay the 400.00 restitution once released.

Topic: Parking issue and drainage issue at (210 Upper Railroad Street) Loving Touch Grooming

Discussion: Parking issue was discussed because of the roadway being blocked at times while customers are dropping off or picking up the dog. No solution was discussed. Steve has some concerns as to where and how the water is draining.  Need to go check the catch basin.
