Lieutenant Tim Stryker: Came to do the quarterly report of his department concerning police protection provided.  Wants council to know that he is down two officers but has two currently in the academy and hopeful in the near future to be back to full staff.  He also wanted to review if it was okay to email the patrolling hours, receipt and invoice monthly to Linda.  After reviewing Council and the Mayor gave Tim the okay to provide the monthly reports via email.
