Street Report:
Representative’s Name: Rick Allison / Linda Campbell
Discussion: Mosquito spraying will start next week, weather permitting. Rick and Brian took the sprayer and had it inspected last Wednesday and it is ready. Discussion took place again concerning the alleys Denny will speak to Steve concerning the alleys. The alleys were included in the grant that we applied for with Quicksall.

Discussion: Little League is almost completed and fall league will begin.

Discussion: Generator is installed. Would like to purchase a maintenance agreement through Generator Systems. Rick Allison made a motion to approve the three maintenance agreements in the amount of 3,252.80, Gary Wagers seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

Name: Michael Richards – Killbuck Country Market
Comments: Called the village hall and inquired about the village patching the pot holes that are on water street connecting to his parking lot. After some discussion council and the mayor want the fiscal officer to reach out to him stating that they would like a quote for the parking lot and for the area that affects the street.

Discussion: There is still an issue with this at N Main Street. The Sheriff’s department is aware. It is the council and the mayor’s intent to have this resolved where the issue is taking place and not have to not allow ATV’s, 4-Wheelers etc in the village.

Discussion: Lane Graham a 2021 West holmes graduate and resident of Killbuck competed in the State track meet and walked away a two time state champ in the shot put and discus. Would like to see the village acknowledge his accomplishment. After some discussion the mayor and council would like to have the welcome to Killbuck signs to state home of 2021-2022 State champ Lane Graham shot put and discus. Fiscal officer will contact Artistic Signs to get this added.

Discussion: Warned Bill Skelly concerning his dogs not being kept on leashes and running out into the street.
Topic: Closing Protection Coverage

Discussion: Monroe Street title company has a document for accepting or denying closing protection coverage concerning the Farner property closing. After some discussion Ted Thorpe made a motion to deny the coverage and authorizing the fiscal officer to sign the document, Lisa Kauffman seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Topic: Large bank on Railroad Street

Discussion: The bank needs to be mowed and once mowed can be sprayed by the village as it has been done in the past. Fiscal officer will contact Jim Large Jr concerning this matter.
Topic: Rail Road property owned by Yoder Dry Kiln & The Old Wood People, LLC

Discussion: Property is in need of mowing/weed control. Fiscal officer had spoken to the owner concerning this issue. A certified letter will be sent.
