Street Report:

Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson

Discussion: Tractor is back and they fixed a seal in the hydraulic line. Spread the gravel on the alleys. Calendar is hung. Leave pick up will not start until the end of October, if residents put leaves out now they need to be bagged for pick up. The desktop computer was not working so I took the old laptop. Council inquired about the big hole on Upper Railroad Street, Steve stated that it is private property.

Representative’s Name: Rick Allison

Discussion: Fall league is almost complete. Rippeth memorial is this weekend. Purchased two trees in memory of Brian Rippeth. Rick Allison gave a donation in the amount of 220.00 for said tree purchase. Park board held a meeting last week. Will work on getting the scoreboards up the weekend of October 2. Last week for soccer.

Called concerning getting a building permit for remodeling in the rear garage. Council gave approval as long as it stays a single unit. 208 Main Street: The vacant building registration will not need to be filed at this time due to activity at the property. Louis Pahoundis asked permission to enclose the storage container already on the property. Council stated that as long as it is completely enclosed he may proceed.
