Discussion: The truck has been fixed Leaf season will start October 20th, weather permitting and the farmer has the crops off where we dump them.

Discussion: The Brian Rippeth memorial softball tournament had nine teams in it. Several of the teams donated raffle baskets. The Hawkins Lumber team donated a gun raffle and Jared Hawkins won it and he gave it to Colston Tenney, Brian’s grandson. The proceeds were donated to Cindy and she is going to pay for gasoline gift certificates and donate them to families going through cancer treatment. Field three will be in honor of Brian Rippeth. Got prices for the three benches. Hoping to install scoreboards this coming weekend.
Sewer / Water Report:
Representative’s Name: Mike Judson
Discussion: Presented council with a quote from Agri-Pro for a JD tractor and trading in the current tractor. After some discussion Ted Thorpe made a motion to purchase said tractor in the amount of $16,877.00 to be divided three ways, Street, Water and Sewer, Travis Scott seconded, with all others approving.
