Street Report:
Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson
Discussion: Finished grading alleys and adding top coat of gravel. Holmesville Electric installed electrical boxes on the poles for the Christmas lights. 1170 Bucy Lane letter for weeds and debris. December 5th tree lighting will get the tree and lights installed before that date.
Park Report:
Representative’s Name: Rick Allison
Discussion: Guys winterized the park on Monday. Got a grant for parking lot. Worked on cleaning up behind field three. Put grass seed down on the soccer field. Gary Wagers inquired about shrubs from Bob Bells down, Rick stated that the park board discussed this as well.

Solicitor Report:
Worked on letter for Randy Carmel and the Killbuck Watershed Trust letter of support for land purchase. Board of Elections letters to have Rick Allison resign his council seat.

Received an estimate from Kevin Grassbaugh to clean up the debris from fire in the amount of $17,614.37, two other companies were asked to bid and they did not turn in an estimate. After some discussion Lisa Kauffman made a motion to proceed with Kevin Grassbaugh, Ted Thorpe seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
