The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:04PM with members present, Darryl Miller and Colton Dawson, absent Troy Majzer
Also present Mike Judson and Linda Campbell
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments, Darryl Miller motion carried
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve account balances, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried
Colton Dawson made a motion to approve 2023 appropriation, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried
Water Superintendent Report
There was a water line break on Allison Ave on Christmas. Decreased the flow and was able to keep the water on and repair on December 27
2023 projects if funds are available
Small generator for tower, 25 horse pump as back up, need to restock some plumbing supplies
Colton Dawson made a motion to adjourn at 6:18 PM, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried
