Discussion: New flag pole is installed on the village hall and appears to be working well. Got the salt contract filled.

Discussion: Colton Dawson resigned from the BPA due to moving out of the village. Encouraged council if they know anyone interested in serving to reach out to council, the BPA board and or the Mayor.

Discussion: Letter was sent to Shane Snyder and the letter to Robert Moore will go out tomorrow.
Citizens Comments & Guest:
Kevin Buettner Josh Sliker from OMEGA reviewed the plans with council for the safe routes to school grant and the funding from ODOT
Andrew Berman addressed council concerning his in-home business of laminating various objects including gun stocks. This will require him to have a letter from council to the ATF for a Federal Firearms license to be able to have the firearms in his home. After some discussion concerning what is needed the solicitor stated she will draft a letter for approval.
Lisa Kauffman made a motion to proceed with the letter and approve his in-home business, Tyler McCombs seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
