The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:08 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison and Linda Campbell
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
Water Superintendent Report
Clay Shepler informed the Mayor and council that he would be resigning as of March 3, 2023
Darryl Miller made a motion to purchase a pump hoist in the amount of 2,339.00, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
The Mayor stated that we will need to think about replacing the utilities truck in the near future
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:31 PM, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
