RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:13 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer absent Colton Dawson
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison and Linda Campbell
Colton Dawson informed the clerk that he will be moving out of the village therefore he will be resigning is position on the BPA board, he will drop off letter of resignation
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
Water Superintendent Report
Snow plow is mounted on the truck and working well
Clay will need to start taking his basic classes for his certifications. Darryl Miller made a motion to pay for classes, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
Applied for a valve exerciser through the EPA. It is a reimbursable grant
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:41 PM, Troy Majzer seconded, motion carried
