RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:10 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Abbie Allison
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison and Linda Campbell
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of April, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried
Still working on implementing the new modules for the water/sewer billing.

Water Superintendent Report
Sewer flow meter installed and up and running how it should be.
Water: Valve covers cleaned out from the street project. The new valve exerciser is working great. Had an issue with the transducer at the water plant, installed a new one and it still was not working properly. The repairman came and he changed out some wiring and everything is working great now. Ordered another transducer
