RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:05 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Abbie Allison and Troy Majzer
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Abbie Allison seconded, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of June, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Linda informed them that we have issues with the water/sewer bills getting delivered through the postal service and did not assess late fees.
Water Superintendent Report
Sperry-Rice personal well went down and they hooked on to our water well. Their usage will be extremely high and informed them that their bill will be expensive. Will start flushing hydrants next Friday.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:27 PM, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
The next meeting is August 28, 2024 @ 6:00 PM.
