Roll Call:

In Attendance:

Steve Patterson, Street Commissioner
Jake Sidle, WKLM
Jonathan Beam, Holmes County Dog Warden

Jonathan Beam, the Holmes County Dog Warden came to address the dog bite incident.  He went over the Ohio law for dangerous dogs and what his staff did to investigate the day of the incident.  The owner currently has four charges still pending within the court and the owner never completed the steps for the dangerous dog registration.  Council’s main concern is that the village was not informed of the incident and what dogs are listed as  dangerous within the village.  Moving forward the dog warden’s office will inform Julie and or the Mayor of anything that is happening with dogs within the village.  He also will provide a list of the current dogs on the dangerous dogs register.
