RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:07PM with members present, Abbie Allison, Darryl Miller, Troy Majzer and Linda Campbell.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the minutes from October, Darryl Miller, seconded, motion carried.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of October, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
Darryl Miller made a motion to certify to the county auditor Josiah Brewer in the amount of $591.65 for delinquent water/sewer Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Water Superintendent Report
Had a main water line break on Spring Street.
Abbie Allison made a motion to adjourn at 6:33PM, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried.
The next meeting is December 29 at 6:00PM
