Discussion: Lisa Kauffman made a motion to approve the minutes from October 4, 2023, Dick Patterson seconded, with Ted Thorpe abstaining and all others approving, motion carried.

Street Report:
Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson
Discussion: Dumpsters delivered today thru Monday Oct 23. Purchased pipe for the Grant street project, still need to get a catch basin. Also spoke to Nick and Chaz Morris it would be approximately 500.00 for them to bring their mini hoe and skid loader to assist with the installation. Spoke with Robert Lovell concerning the condition of E Grant Street. Let him know that we had an estimate to repair that street in the amount of 25,000.00 and at this time the village is not moving forward, hopefully we can receive some grant money in the future. Leaf pick up will start next week. Got a new sign for water street posting that it is a one way street. Still waiting on Sprang’s for the light.
Park Report:
Representative’s Name: Rick Allison
Discussion: Fall league is complete just working on getting the park closed for winter. Steve wanted the council and Mayor to know that whoever has a key to the restrooms at the park they need to start checking them after an event due to the fact that there has been several mess left recently. If this continues he feels that the restrooms should not be available to them. Grasshopper did the fall treatment.
Sewer / Water Report:

The portal integration will be October 24th with portal training on October 31st. Working on the income survey letters. The Mayor suggested that Linda have the letters ready and maybe council members could help distribute.
