Discussion: Cindy Miller made a motion to approve the month of September appropriation, revenue, fund summaries, accounts payable and payroll. Tyler McCombs seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.

Street Report:

Representative’s Name: Steve Patterson

Discussion: Started leaf pick up when weather is permitted. Called in the street lights that are out again. Will work on painting the crosswalks and curbs.

Park Report:

Representative’s Name: Rick Allison

Parking lot is complete and the Nature’s work sign is in. Tomorrow is the last night of fall league. New light switch in the ladies restroom is installed. Holmesville Electric came and installed some new lights. Dugout painting is almost completed. Flags donated by Annin in Coshocton.

Sewer / Water Report:

Representative’s Name: Mike Judson

Discussion: The meter reader needs to be upgraded. Spoke with a Rep from Core and Main and he suggested we get an app on a cell phone. The cost for upgrading the reader is so expensive. Linda will get a phone and he will come back and get it up and running. Two new tabs were installed.

Solicitor Report:

Discussion: The property at 185 E Jackson Street took care of the weed/grass issue. Will work on verbage in the letters to reflect the Ohio basic code. Reviewed the OPWC grant.

Discussion: Working with Quicksall finalizing the grant. Chip and sealing all alleys, Work on Grant street adding a catch basin and the sidewalk project on school street.

Discussion: The school adopted a new traffic pattern and it seems to be working well.

Topic:Tommy Horn Trailer on N Railroad Street

Discussion: He called to let Linda know that they are almost done demolishing the old trailer and he will notify her when they are putting in the new one.

Discussion: The Killbuck fire department will be holding trick or treat Monday, October 31 from 6-8 pm. Greatly appreciate them organizing this event.
