RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:05PM with members present, Abbie Allison, Troy Majzer, Darryl Miller absent Linda Campbell. Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
There are no minutes, financials or balances for approval. Will be presented in October
Water Superintendent Report
Mike explained that the clarifier is having issues. It is currently fixed, but it’s old and we might want to consider preventive repairs and replacements.
The Pizza Parlor had a water line leak. It is fixed now. The Waterline project is pushed back a year due to issues with mistakes from the grant writer.
Received a phone call from Yoder Hauling, a milk hauling company. They inquired about dumping waste at the plant. Mike explained that we are not set up for that kind of by-product and it will cost too much for us to be able to do that.
Mike will be on vacation from October 8 to the 12th
Rick inquired about the addition to the water plant and if there is a solution to the condensation. Mike stated that they are still working on it
Abbie Allison made a motion to adjourn at 6:25PM, Darryl Miller seconded, motion carried
