RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
The village of Killbuck BPA met in regular session commencing at 6:08 PM with members present, Darryl Miller, Abbie Allison and Troy Majzer.
Also present Mike Judson, Rick Allison.
Abbie Allison made a motion to approve the previous minutes, Darryl Miller seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Darryl Miller made a motion to approve customer balances, accounts payable, timesheets, financials and adjustments for the month of July, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
Did the fraud training.
Discussed the purchase of a new truck. Presented quotes from Chevrolet of Millersburg, Dale Brown salesman. BPA approves of the purchase. Will take it to council for approval.
Still working on financing for the water project.

Everything has been going well.
Darryl Miller made a motion to adjourn at 6:25 PM, Abbie Allison seconded, with all others approving, motion carried.
